Presented by BC Movement Arts Society
Sunday, March 15, 2026
7:30pm
Truth vs. Fiction is explored in choreographer Joshua Beamish’s compelling work, ‘Source Amnesia’. 5 exquisite dancers navigate an ever-shifting reality in our age of misinformation and information manipulation.
This 70-minute work explores pertinent and critical themes of misinformation, fake news, memory loss, and truth in a gripping production perfectly poised for this moment in history.
Performed by 5 multi-talented dancers: Ariana Barr, Emma Galvin, Tristan Ghostkeeper, Justin Rapaport and Calder White.
“Source Amnesia moves from a quiet start into a demanding fast paced choreography. The pulsing beat accentuates the crisp movements.” — Review Vancouver
“[Beamish] has an enviable reputation for a choreographic style that emphasizes speed, clarity, and a dazzling array of body isolations” — The Toronto Star
